FTI31 SignalInterface ist ein Gerät für die Steuerung industrieller Produktionsanlagen.
Das Gerät ist mit einer UART- (RS232-) oder RS485- und einer USB-Schnittstelle ausgestattet, über die das Gerät konfiguriert werden kann, Messwerte gelesen, Einstellwerte ausgegeben und der Zustand der digitalen Ein- und Ausgänge geschaltet und gelesen werden kann.
Alle Ein- und Ausgänge sind von einander isoliert bzw. galvanisch getrennt.
Die zahlreichen und vielfältigen Ein- und Ausgänge decken umfangreiche Anwendungsmöglichkeiten des Gerätes für Ihre Produktionsanlagen ab:
Vier Strom-Ausgänge (4 bis 20 mA, 12 Bit-Auflösung), zwei Strom-Eingänge (4 bis 20 mA, 12 Bit-Auflösung), sieben Relaiskontakte (500 mA, normally open) und vier Relaisspulen (24V), alle wie erwähnt, galvanisch getrennt.
Alle Funktionen werden mit insgesamt 18 LED's visualisiert.
Das Gerät ist von oben gegen Spritzwasser geschützt (IP40). Der Zugang zu den Ein- und Ausgängen wird über PG-Verschraubungen und über Schraubklemmen realisiert.
Das Gerät kann über eine USB-Buchse mit 5 V versorgt werden oder mit 24 V über die D-SUB Buchse.
Mit diesem USB-Einstell- und Messgerät benötigen Sie für Ihr Gesamtsystem keine SPS-, LOGO-Steuerung oder ähnliches.
Das Gerät lässt sich direkt mit einem Raspberry Pi, Arduino oder ahnlichen "Einplatinencomputer" bzw. Embedded-PC's betreiben bzw. steuern.
FTI31 SignalInterface hat die kompakten Abmessungen von 160 mm x 165 mm x 51,5 mm.
An der Rückseite des Gerätes befindet sich zwei Klammern zur Befestigung auf einer Hut-Schiene.

FTI31 SignalInterface is a device for controlling industrial production equipment.
